The personal has clear the theory of customer service , but in reality they have so many years experience working in the department that they do not do a good job. Me as a customer found not 2 or 3 minor details, i found 4! Details on my truck at the time i went to pick It up.
The manager try to help but she couldn’t help it, even with her involved they still were cutting corners in doing a job right.
Ay the end, i found myself in a dead end since len Stoler was loosing money in time trying to get it done right, thing that they never did. In fact my truck is used and 3 years old but for me was no more than a month old.
Not happy at all with Len Stoler collision center
My car took way too long for $6,000 damage. Had to point out 3 times things that weren’t right with the same area of the car. Had to drive 30 minutes to get it correct, 3 nights in a row. Car was missing front bumper shield was not on car. If my husband did not know about cars I would never have known. The headlight was not lined up the trim was pushed in took three times to get it right when it should have been right the first time
My experience was soooooo professional I will recommend Len stoler Hyundai to anyone I know and I'm gonna start coming there for almost everything. Job well done
Great job, my car looks brand new.Woohoo
Excellent customer service; customer oriented.
I brought my vehicle to Len Stoler Collision because I get it serviced at Len Stoler Lexus. Unfortunately, my experience was horrible and I will no longer refer anyone or bring my vehicle back to the collision center EVER. Len stoler collision had my vehicle approximately 2 weeks. During that time I received **** phone call to let me know the status of my repair. When I finally called after not hearing anything I was told they had to order a part so it would take a few more days. When the car was ready I received a call from John Chesney who said my car is ready however the fuel door fell off during the cleaning and I would have to pay 152.00 for a new door. I instantly told him my door has never fallen off and I didn't understand why I was being charged for something they did. Now my vehicle is a 2005 and it's not in the greatest condition but anyone who has owned a Lexus know that they truly hold their value. I was then informed if I wasn't going to pay for it maybe I should put some tape on it. I immediately went to speak with the manager in person. Initially a women came out who was the assistant manager and was very defensive and immediately said your panel door was rusted and we are not fixing it. She then begins to point her finger at me and was so disrespectful I had to ask to speak to her manager. I am currently in the process of filing a formal complaint against her because under no circumstances should a customer ever be treated in the manner in which I was treated. I then ask for her manager. Wes Shaffer comes out and looks at the door he states and I quote, well the door was rusted so it was going to eventually fall off anyway. I ask them why did they even need to open the fuel door in the 1st place he stated anytime there's body work done to your vehicle and we clean it we have to clean the inside. I said ok may I see the inside. John Chesney proceeds to open/pry the fuel door open on the wrong side and couldn't get it. I asked him to stop because at this point I'm cringing on the inside because in order to open my fuel door you have to hit the fuel door button on the inside of the vehicle. When I hit the button I asked why would you try to pry the door open, he responded with well it's already broke. Wes Shaffer then proceeds to tell me it's protocal for the service department at Lexus to do this anyway and I should take this up with them. I head over to Len Stoler Lexus because I faithfully get an oil change there when it's due ever since I purchased the vehicle and they never once mentioned anything about my fuel door or even cleaning it. The manager at Len Stoler Lexus service confirmed Wes was inaccurate about opening the fuel door to clean when I get an oil change, he also couldn't understand if they admitted to causing the door to fall off why not just fix your mistake, finally when I did get the door open the inside hadn't been washed (I took pictures of everything). After leaving I get a call saying as a "courtesy" they are going to fix the fuel door. Prior to this experience I had no problem with Len Stoler however, after this experience I intend to reach whoever I need to in order to ****) get an apology from the assistant manager who was so rude and disrespectful and insure she is in some way shape or form be reprimanded from her superiors whether it be sensitivity training, suspended a couple days without pay, etc. I was also told they have a camera in the office which I'm sure since the incident has been deleted but until someone addresses this I will post the events on every social media site and review list.
I was so impressed with the workmanship until I had to come back to express it to the lady at the front desk. Thank you sooo much! I’m another happy customer!
The service I received was terrible, I expected way more from your dealership. I had to call for updates that were never communicated to me. I could not plan because the initial date I was provided was not met and to make it worse no communication. When I called, they could not let me know when my car was going to be ready. This was one or the worst customer experiences I have ever had.
I appreciate the good work, prompt and convenient (text) notifications, and the great customer service by Darla!

My car looks so beautiful I hardly recognized it.

Right passenger door looks jus as good as before
I like your job, thank you.
Not happy that my car was returned to me with more issues than when it was dropped off.
I was very satisfied with my experience at your shop, and with your staff. They were very professional and accommodating, and kept me in the loop along the way.
