I got my car back and everything looked fine. A couple of days later, someone at work who saw me pulling in said my brake light was out. Is it possible that it was out due to normal reasons? Probably, but it was on the same side where work was done and had to have been handled in the process of the car getting repaired. So, extra time and money was spent to fix something that was probably your fault. Not satisfied.

Repairs look great and the free 3 day rental made my experience hassle free. I did ask the gentleman who did my estimate if it was possible to pay out of pocket for Gates to repair some rust/dent damage outside of the accident claim while it was already there and they were mixing paint anyway. He sort of danced around the question and made me feel like the rust wasn't something you could help with and I left without understanding why. He did however give me a number of a dent repair guy. Thank you!
