Car took longer then expected but know one called to tell me. I asked for a loaner car and didn't get one until week later. Farmers advised me this was a preferred vendor but they didn't even look at my car for the 1st 3 days. never doc give me a price breakdown to let me know what was fixed or what the total cost was.
