Well done! Love the text updates with pics, too. And the friendliness was unparalleled. The only thing was it took a few days longer, the middle of this week instead of the end of last week, and I wasn't really notified. I happened to notice the completion date on the update website. It was later than I was told, so I called in and she explained you all found some more damage. That's fine, and USAA covered the rental car anyway. So all good. Just giving feedback because it's nice to know. Again, thanks so much and I'd definitely recommend you all without a doubt.
