Too many reasons to list. The repair was fine but when it comes to service there was a lot that could have been done to guarantee a repeat or satisfied customer.

I went to pay deductible on claim as we were contacted that our vehicle repair was complete and unable to pick up until after closing time. I walked out to look at the door with the individual who prepared our estimate and noticed a paint drip on door. The gentleman said that can be buffed out after bringing it to his attention! Prior to leaving, I specifically said to the gentleman, please look over my vehicle after they fix the paint drip to make sure the job was done correctly and there are no other issues!
My husband & I came to pick up vehicle and there are black marks on rear door under window! And there is something smudged on lower portion of side view mirror! Wow, really! Come on people!
No one takes pride in their work anymore or they just don't care! Very disappointing!

Although we received constant phone calls with updates, the original timeframe for repairs was supposed to be 3 days. It ended up being 10. We are not happy with the pinstriping done on the vehicle. It is definitely not as good quality as what was on the truck and it clearly will not last. Already see areas where it isn’t stuck done. Also noticed when driving a awful wind noise around that door like it isn’t closed properly or sealed properly.

Although it took a little longer than originally thought, I feel as if you went above and beyond. The text messages are a nice touch, and the phone calls appreciated. Car was fixed. But when I came to pickup the vehicle it has adhesive residue down both sides. They had to clean it off. It was highly visible so I dont know how they missed it.
