The repair work is fine. However, my husband who took the car in gave his email address and his cell phone number and was asked how he preferred to be contacted. He said email but did not receive emails. I did, his wife. He received a text today telling him to go to this website to complete the survey which he couldn't do because he does not own a smart phone. I received the survey emails.
