Tyler was great and I felt like he understood our needs and tried his best to accommodate us. I realize repairs take time. Ordering (and backordering parts), finding additional damage, etc., are all part of the process. That said, I still feel like you all did what you could to make the process as smooth as possible and I am satisfied with the people and with the repair. Thank you all!

Richies collision is the BEST !! Great friendly service and makes your vehicle like new !! Unfortunately iv had to use them 3 times due to 2 run ins with deer and **** time someone ran into me but all 3 times I couldn’t have been more pleased !! My whole family uses Richies and always will !!

Richie, ****, Sandra, & crew always go above and beyond for us. They recently fixed our 2017 Honda after someone backed into us & left the scene. Very pleased in every way. It was smoothe working through Toyota of Hattiesburg (accidents can hardly be considered fun) My concerns of finding and dealing with a reliable repair service (Asin; Will the repair be done right. In reasonable time, and my personal items be safe and secure, and on and on and on?? Were all put to rest. Thank you. It was all put to rest by Richies with the help of Toyota of Hattiesburg. Thanks again, too all. Much appreciated. Thanks to Geico. Thanks to Richies for not only the repair, but what was close to a complete detail of the entire vehicle upon return.
