The collision department service was great however, the sales department needs much work. Will never buy a car from there. Also the automated messaging system needs to be in sync with the actual timeline of the repair.

I was told 4-5 different dates it would be completed and was not kept up to date on any of it I wouldn’t recommend Davidson collision to anyone. It was suppose to take 2 weeks and was almost a month before it was completed .

There was a delay in notifying me as to when my car was actually completed. Otherwise the repairs seem to be Otherwise the repairs seemed to be done properly.

Some of the things I claimed didn't get fixed, maybe because they weren't crucial for driving. Also, my car jerks when I brake and it is worse now than 2 weeks ago.
