I can't say enough about the customer service. I've never had a better experience anywhere. They checked with me every day, I knew the status of my repair each step of the way. The car looks like new. I couldn't be more pleased. I will recommend Signature to anyone! And I will personally go back myself if I need someone to repair my car. They were truly a pleasure to work with.

You guys have a gold mine of **** stop place to get everything taken care of : car fixed(on time and on budget!) car rental...loved my rental better than my own car, and estimate and insurance with Geico all under **** roof ! Truly amazing service , all people very friendly and extremely professional-there were updates everyday!

Your repair shop should be trained on how to RESPECT customers property. My property was thrown all over the inside of my car. My car seats were extremely dirty
.....and then I still had a part to my car missing and I have to return for it...

After my car sat there for two weeks it was put back together in a hurry and rushed. Sensors on the car like hood open alert on the dash is still on. My out door temperature reading on the cars screen is reading 50 degrees, when its 95 degrees outside. So when I turn on the a/c it blows out hot air. All these function were working after the accident before the tear down.I will be taking my car back to you to repair all things mentioned. Very upsetting that these things were not tested before returning the car to your customer. Testing is very important. Especially for the safe operation of the vehicle. Not happy!
