Fix Auto National City

It was a great experience with fix auto. My Lexus RX 350 is fixed in 3 days. Super fast and it looks like it wasn’t damaged at all. The repair is super clean and straight. A+++ in my book!

I can’t give enough compliments to the staff at Fix Auto. Specifically Gabriel who was extremely kind and thorough. I was in a very bad situation with the auto body shop I was working with before I brought it to him and he completely gave me the peace of mind that he was going to take care of it and truly Gabriel exceeded all of my expectations. From the beginning of the process from checking the car in to updating me throughout with progress and dealing with the insurance company who has been giving me a hard time, I don’t think there was anybody who could’ve handled it better than Gabriel did. Elizabeth at the front desk was very kind also & professional. She was a joy to work with. The manager Herman who showed me the car when I went to pick it up was also just so great.
