2 times when I called to check on the progress of my repairs I was told "I will call you back in 20 minutes" and "I will call you call you back in 40 minutes". Both phone calls never called me back. I finally called Crevier BMW and asked to speak to your representative there and he found out the answer for me and called me back right away.

Great care and precision seems to have been given in repairing the car and returning it, as close as possible, to the original factory condition. Since leasing this vehicle, this is very important. Where ICC is lacking is communicating updates on repair progress. When without ones car for over 6 weeks, questions pop up which could be alleviated, through better communication from ICC. With so many forms of communication available, a quick update status to car owners seems feasible. An email would suffice for most people, with an explanation of what repairs have been completed; parts waiting to be received; next steps or process the vehicle will undergo before signed off on, and released to the owner. Everyone has been professional and courteous throughout the process. To take ICC's service from great to outstanding, the missing communication piece might be the key to achieving "outstanding Customer Service."

Being hit in an auto accident is never an enjoyable process but ICC and Jose Vergara made my unfortunate circumstance so much better because of their great customer service. Jose is a class act and treated me with such great respect, because of him I will refer all my friends and family to ICC. Thank you Jose and ICC! My 535 M looks GREAT AGAIN!!

I chose ICC Collision center to take care of my vehicle having high hopes. After almost 4 months and 12000 I got my vehicle back. Paint job- 7 out of 10 - it can be clearly seen that my car was partially painted; it supposed to be at least apply clear coat to entire vehicle. outdoor cleanliness 5- out of 10 indoor cleanliness - 2- off 10 - totally unacceptable; the entire interior roof top full with dirty finger prints and spots; fingerprints on the inside of rear windshield; rear brake light dirty inside(was replaced) rear center console broken, ashtray hinge broken, driver vent slider broken, also the trunk cannot be open or close as intended to be. all stone guards are damaged dented roof top, scratch on the rear bumper, driver side and top side, on the center of the bumper. after mentioning all this I was told that the shop is really busy and my vehicle can be taken care of only after Thanksgiving; again after 12000 spent. totally unhappy !
