When my car was returned the sonar system which detects objects and alerts the driver with a beeping noise was not working. It was working when I dropped the car off, so I know that this was not damaged before. It was somehow damaged when the technicians were working on it. I have now had to drop the car back off and get another rental car after just having had a rental car for 2 weeks. This is a huge inconvenience for me.

As I write this, 8/25/19, you still have my vehicle. It has been 6.5 weeks. Your employees state these text messaging notifications are not related to the actual work they are doing. So receiving multiple texts about the progress and now completion are completely false.
