My experience was meh with Service King from the start. I first took it to Service King in Lockport and was told because of the damages to the car it would have to be taken to a facility more equipped to fix the car. The follow up process like being updated was awesome. But the reason why my review is not good because once I received my car there was smudges and prints of oil/grease all over my interior.

This was probably the worst service I have ever had. I was called multiple times to set up an estimate AFTER I already completed the inspection. Then when I dropped off my car, I asked if my tire was a part of the estimate and they didnt even know I had the estimate done! My information was wrong on the paperwork. I had been told that when my car was complete that I would get notified the day before. I told them I definitely needed to know a day ahead because I needed to adjust my work schedule to make it there before close. I called the day before my estimated completion date to know if my car would be ready the next day and they didnt know. Someone would call me back. Then I get a call around 3pm stating my car is ready for pick up that day and come by 6pm. I called and said I wouldnt be able to come that day due to work but could come tomorrow. The woman gave me attitude and said fine, but it needs to be tomorrow. Really? I pick up my car and the bumper doesnt line up and a piece keeps popping out. The only saving grace from this terrible experience was the man who came out to go over the work that was done and ordered me a new piece without even asking.

Car is beautiful, but the 2 weeks wait was awful. Did have it explained as to why, but I cannot say I was totally satisfied with the experience in a whole.

After picking up my vehicle I had to return to get middle of bumber buffed out do to some imperfections that were left....and to top it off I still hear a humming noise which can b a hub bearing or something to do with axle...my truck is a 2019 with 4,000 miles on it before accident it was quite and the humming was never there the guy at service king said he doesnt kno if it was there before accident or not that vehicle should have warranty to take it to the dealer...which I consider a low blow...noise fo there after accident so I think it should get fixed....

Car was extremely dusty/gritty on inside and outside. We’ve had cars serviced by Service King in the past and they were returned fully clean and looked brand new. Not sure what happened in this particular situation.

The customer service was great but the car makes a rattling noise when pushing on the gas. And his front driver side seat was not repaired. Was told my insurance wouldn’t pay you should have offered for me to pay.

We cannot thank you enough. A difficult situation crashing into a deer heading home to Texas. Everything was affected. Radiator, battery, electrical harness, hoses, condenser, valve cover, bumper, paint, lights and many more parts I cannot list. WOW...two day 1300 mile trip home and the van is fine. No problems at all. Talk about breaking in all the new components. Blessings to everyone at Service King who consulted and worked on our van. You all are the best! Thankful beyond measure.
