Car set on lot waiting for parts for almost 3 months got it back did not want to turn over with the battery I know the car is four years old but I had no problem before it was sent to the shop I had to purchase a new battery

I was satisfied with the repair to the damage that was done but not with the scratch on my passenger rear window that wasn't there when I left the car there. I showed it to the body shop supervisor but he said there's no way it could have happened while in the shop. Scratch about 6 inches long on outside of window. Guess I should have taken pictures of the car before I dropped it off but who knows something like that will happen.
