Communication was very good. When I stopped by 2-3 times while the work was in progress, I was escorted to the vehicle and the repairs, necessary parts, etc. where explained and any questions I had were answered. When the repairs were completed the vehicle looked like it was new. Since picking up the vehicle, everything has been fine. Could not have asked for more. Thanks to D and A.
