The car looks very good. Only issue was not being kept informed on the status of the repairs. I had to call to learn of delays. I just received notice my car is ready. I picked up the car several days ago.

I appreciate your wanting to make me completely satisfied, but that is not going to happen. After three months of little communication, I was told it was ready for pickup, just before MLK Jr weekend. I could not come that day, so I asked if we could leave it over the weekend and pick it up early Tuesday morning so my daughter could be at work before 9am. When we got there Tuesday, the deer fur was still on the passenger seat where he had crashed in and there was glass in the console/front seat and floorboard/back of vehicle. We told the woman at the desk and she said there was nobody there at that time of day who could vacuum it up. I saw at least five or six people standing around talking who could have run a vacuum for ten minutes to ensure a satisfied customer. Finally they found a young man who took it to be vacuumed but was a halfway job. He said the vacuum could not get all the fur and glass up. So, my daughter was late to work, in a car that still had a lot of deer fur and glass. When she got home, she took a lint roller and our stick vacuum and got the rest up. No telling what pathogens had been there for those three months. I would have expected the fur would have been removed and the seat back to have been sprayed first thing to protect you own employees, if not us. Since she did the part you failed to do, there is nothing left for you to do. I was disappointed that our invoice showing what our insurance paid for had itemized a cleaning cost. For what, I cannot even imagine.

Overall the quality of work/repair seems great. With past insurance work from Modern Chevolet, we always got push notifications of any status changes, progress, etc. This time around, if we didn't call to check in we wouldn't have heard any updates from Modern Chevrolet or from the insurance company over the 2 months it took for the repair. That's the only negative aspect from this experience.

Too long to repair. Had to return immediately because shimmy when change lanes on highway. Was told because of paint. Still does that. Coming in Monday to reset. Replaced battery and wrong displays on dash. Need to see if you can reset. You kept car one week before started to work on

Car looks great...but...my emergency brake no longer works. It was working when it came in to the shop. It seems like kinda of an obvious thing not to miss on a manual drive.

The process was super easy and Mr. Lamb was great to work with. I was heading out of town and he prioritized my car to be complete that morning instead of in the afternoon, so that allowed me to return the rental and pick up my vehicle for the out of town trip. I will definitely recommend Modern Collision to friends and family.

Paint job looked fantastic. I was disappointed at the fact there was , what looked like wax left in the cracks of the hood as well as on the rubber surface around the sunroof. There were also some additional handprints on the interior of the car that definitely came from the repair of the car. I will say that the individual that matched the paint did a tremendous job

Only issue preventing a superior experience was when parts were delayed and finally arrived I was not notified and I had to initiate the second visit rather than being called to tell me that I could now reschedule the late arriving part was in.

Terrible customer service you guys received cars that you know you will not have time to get parts for and the customer ends up paying more for the rental I spent and extra 1200 because you guys were waiting on parts You guys get cars in every day so you are aware that its a common issue. If you know you can’t get parts you should be honest with the customer . I could have driven my car until you were able to get the parts in my car was drivable!! You cost me more money inconvenient me . And you do Nothing but blame it on your supplier. Well guess I was your customer not the supplier of parts customers and you really dont care after you got the insurance money smh you guys are terrible.
