After I drove away from the repair shop I realized that the dashboard was completely unfamiliar and needed resetting, including the clock, which should have been obvious before the car was given to me. Since no one was available to help me, it took me all afternoon re-reading the manual to set the clock, etc.
Have you watched the YouTube video of the man trying to set his dashboard clock? It is all too true.

When i arrived to pick up the car, there were several things wrong: ****. My sport decal stripe on the side of the car was crooked and needed to be redone - I had to wait even longer to leave the collision center. 2. There was a huge glob of overcoat paint left on the fender and needed to be buffed out - again, more wait time. 3. The car has so many fingerprints on the inside of the windshield - no idea why they needed to touch the windshield. 4. My car was a little over a week and half old when i took it to get fixed. My leather/suede drivers seat is VERY wrinkled from people getting in and out of the car roughly. It is very disrespectful to treat someone’s brand new vehicle like ****. My passengers seat is brand new and my drivers seat looks terrible. I need someone to fix this situation ASAP. **** that I had to pay money to get my car fixed and it wasn’t in the same condition as I left it.
My first impression was a Team who really know how to take care of the clients. Mr**** was very kind and accurate explained me everything that I needed to know, and throughout a week (only took a week for repair my car) they were communicating the status of repair. Very pleassed with the service and very greatful to Mr****, and Sterling McCall Reparation Team.

Samuel was great. He was not there when I picked up my car, another guy helped me. I forgot his name. He was very rude and argumentative. My car still had stickum on back of lights, net was found in backseat not in the trunk
Front license plate was bent and back lisence plate was missing. My Camry was very clean on the inside. Great Job!! My insurance has paid this establishment over $5,700 the past 3 months. And to tell me the stickum was from the duct tape that I had to use to keep the trunk
down was why they didn't remove the gunk is unacceptable. When I dropped tha car off they said it would be taken care of.The trunk was part of the damage

Repair was about 9 days delayed. Proper planning could have helped to communicate accurate dates. Dates were moved 3-4 times. Terry was good answering questions but would have helped if he pro actively reached me instead client chasing him. Was not able to call back upon multiple messages left during initial 2 weeks.
