Went to pick up my car to see there was a huge dent in the side of the passenger side door that was not there when the car was dropped off. Although they agreed to fix the dent, it was a huge inconvenience as I left work early to pick up my car to not be able to get my car and be put back into a rental.

I was surprised that they were able to fix my car in just a few days like they predicted. They took care of me and informed me when my car was ready. As I was waiting, I relaxed and had a variety of coffee to choose from. Everything went smooth.

My repair took over 5 weeks to complete. I was repeatedly told that it would be finished in "a few days" or "3 more days". I was not treated respectfully and I'm very sorry I chose your shop to have my repair finished. I will not recommend you nor will I ever use your shop or dealership again.
