Angel was amazing, great customer service. But the overall body work completed was far below expectations. I had to return to the shop we’re angel helped me fix the issue. After returning home, I was hearing noises with the car as if something were loose. After a quick inspection, the tire wall liners were installed incorrectly and now I’m fixing it myself.

My truck was towed from La Mirada 90638 to your location in Signal Hill. I was also in a somewhat high impact accident. When I got my truck back the alignment was significantly off. It was very kindly taken care of and fixed when I brought my truck back (within 5 minutes of leaving), however, when I questioned why the alignment wasn’t checked I was told that if my tires were not impacted there would be no reason to check the alignment. That is not true, and the alignment should be checked after a hard impact and after being towed.

When I got to Fix Auro Shop to pick up my vehicle Angel explained everything they did to my car and had excellent customer service. The customer survive was more than exceptional. From the time I walked through the doors until the time I was handed my keys I saw smiles. Angel **** is a wonderful person that works for your company. He made sure I had everything I need led to be kept up to date, and when my car was finished early he made sure I was notified. He then went above and beyond his duties to make sure I had the opportunity to get my car as soon as possible. It was an overall wonderful experience and if an unfortunate even such as this one occurs again (as long as I live in Long Beach) I will be using this business again.
