I noticed Monday on 3/18/2019 that the Chevy emblem that my insurance was charged for because it was to be replaced was not replaced and is not sticking on the front bumper of my equinox it is loose also the chrome piece on my front bumper at the bottom wasnt snapped in right and I almost lost it on the interstate.

Repairs appeared to look good to untrained eyes but was impressed with entire process from scheduling, coordination of rental car and fact that my car was not only washed outside but cleaned inside. Thanks to all who made this a pleasant experience.

My first experience with this company. Everyone was attentive and accommodating. They worked hard to get my car back to me in a timely manner and they succeeded. This process was MUCH easier that expected. I was very pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and efficiency of the entire team. They made an inconvenient experience (being rear ended) more seamless and pleasent than I ever would have imagined. Everyone I came into contact with was friendly, organized, professional and knew exactly what was going on. I was informed through email and phone calls every step of the way. I am EXTREMELY impressed with the entire experience from start to finish- my jeep looks perfect! I have recommended Wash Chevrolet to several people and will continue to do so!

They were unbelievably fast and so polite. When I had questions regarding my rental, she called them and explained the situation and got me a refund. When I questioned if the adjuster determined what the metal grinding sound was. It was not mentioned to the garage but was added to my service report so I would not have any future problems. Your employees go above and beyond and were so nice. Kudos to the detail department and service, my vehicle looked brand new inside and out. Thank you!
