I have been given the run around with my vehicle and am soo sooo soo disappointed with Caruso. Ive been wasting my time waiting for technicians to figure out how to get the alarm to sound like how it did prior to dropping off the vehicle. I was sent to Mercedes benz of LB to get it fixed, in which service was denied because they said no one from Caruso had contacted them. Now Roger wants me to come back tomorrow to drop off my car so THEY can take my car to Mercedes. This is 4 days in which I had to leave work early so they can work on my car and yet no one can fix it. Yet the technician keeps telling me to refer to the owners manual as if telling me to read it and figure it out? I KNOW its something technical. What would make me satisfied is if I were able to take this to MY dealership Fletcher Jones of Newport Beach and have it fixed and have them bill Caruso for it. Upon attempting to drop off the vehicle at Mercedes LB, the advisor told me he had no idea what 'beep' alarm sound I was talking about and he had been working there for 15 years. Therefore, I feel like taking the vehicle back to Mercedes of LB would be useless and another waste of my time. I even had to call MY dealership and ask them what it could be and they said its the alarm system and Caruso couldn't figure it out and Nicholas Ortiz from Mercedes of LB seems to have no clue about it either. So how many more days do we need to spend wasting each other's time and effort here? Just let me take my car to MY dealership and pay for the diagnostics. No one wants to prolong car issues, it makes no sense that this took longer than repairing the bumper and headlight itself. Ridiculous. I would never take my car back to Caruso again.
