He personally and patiently sent and answered emails to help me stay informed and to understand the process, and he did not flinch when my ride did not show up and I was 15 minutes late to my appointment. I would work with him again in a heartbeat (although hopefully, I will never have to).

The guys there were super nice and super friendly! I’m super glad I chose to go there! They fixed my car pretty quickly and kept me updated regularly so I always knew what was happening to my car and that made me feel very comfortable with the team that was working on my car! Amazing service and wonderful people. Definitely will chose them again if I have to but let’s hope not!

I was pleased that they kept me very well informed with the progress of the repairs. My only suggestion is that they could have let me know what their findings were when they removed the bumper...if there was any further damage. I had to ask...they didn't just volunteer the information.
