It's QA. I was called and told hey we finished up early. Because the tech didn't make sure the check engine light was off I spent nearly half a day sitting in the office waiting for them to take my truck over to ram and get the light reset or fixed, whatever. I'm happy with the body work but the loss of my time and missing an important meeting was avoidable.
