The repair was completed about a week ahead of schedule. My only criticism would be, and please know that this is an extremely minor thing, that the estimated time was so far off. On April 26th at 9:25am, I received a message that said my car would be done in approximately 8 days. So I filled the rental car with gas, thinking I would need it for the entire week. At 4:12pm the same day, I received a message that my car was completed, so that entire tank of gas was wasted and unnecessary. So having an estimate that far off did end up taking money out of my pocket.
That being said, who doesn't want their car back 8 days ahead of schedule? So I was *very* happy with the timeframe. Also, the frequent updates I received from Faulkner were fantastic.
Overall, I am a happy and satisfied customer.
