From the first moment I pulled in to have an estimate from my accident you guys went the extra mile. You handled everything for me from dealing with the insurance company to arranging for the rental car. I did not have to do anything but drop off and pick up my car. You kept me informed each step and were always so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be recommending you to people. You made it so easy and my car looks awesome! I appreciated the email updates, but it would have been helpful to have them when it got closer to the completion date. I had to call both times on the day I was supposed to pick up my vehicle (it got delayed). Not a huge deal, but when it comes to picking up the vehicle, more of a heads up would make it easier to schedule a pick up time that works for all parties. Other than that the service and staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

They went above and beyond to have my car done on time. They stayed late into the night get it done. I appreciated the time they took the time to explain everything they were doing to my car in words that i could understand. They even brought my car to my house when it was done. You don't get that kind of service anywhere else. I want to thank Brian and his team very much for there hard work. I would recommend Brothers to anyone who needs work done on there car. As always Brother's Autobody is GREAT!!! The staff is always attentive and there for me my family when we have car trouble or an accident. Everyone is also responsive with returning phone calls.
