I picked up my car yesterday after minor body work. Impressed with service, but car had 2 new supeeficial scratches that were not there before I dropped it off. The guys took care of me right away and were great, but still...You could have been more careful in my opinion. Overall, very professional care.

On Day Of Vehicle pickup on Opening The Rear, I Found This Area Ransacked With My Properties Thrown All About The Rear. I Also Noticed Two Items, A Flat Moulding And A Broken styrofoam Piece Which Belongs To the spare tire compartment. When I Presented These Items To The Black Individual (since he did not have his name on his uniform)) which retrieved my vehicle, He Frantically Snatched Broken Moulding From My Hands Repeating Constantly, look this belongs over here. I Told Him To Give It To Me so I Could Show The Vandalized Part To The Office, At which point he became enraged and threw it into the trunk and walked away. While This Disrespectful incident was going on, An Individual Who Did Not First Identify Him Self picked up the Vandalized Moulding and said that he would order a New One. Since He Did Not Have A Name Tag, I asked Him For A Slip Of Paper Stating That He Was Going To Order A New One, He Sarcastically Said "What You Don't Trust Me?" I Said You Are not The only employee here. At This Point Is When He Abrasively Said "I Am The Manager". I Asked For His Name Which He Said Jeff. He Called Me Into The Office And Told Me To Call Him Tomorrow. Since My Wife Had To ReturnTo The Shop The Following Day To Have A Paper Signed, I Told Her To Reply To Mr Jeff About His Request For My Call. Mr. Jeff Said To My Wife "I Told Him That I Would Call Him" (Which Was A Lie) Then He Said ThatThe Part Would Be At The Shop On Friday. I Made A Trip On Friday, The Part Was Still Not There (Another Lie) And He Did Not Have The Decency To Call Me To Inform Me That The Part Was Not There. These Disrespectful And Lying Employees Are Destructive Elements To A Company's Reputation.

The employees at Auto Care East were easy to work with. They were available during the weekday as well as weekends, and quickly responded to any questions regarding my vehicle. Most importantly they took care of my concerns & fixed my car in less than two weeks!! I would return again should my vehicle need repairs again. I went in this time due to a car accident (hoping that does not happen again)!

I thought they did a good job with the issue at hand, however I would have liked the timeline prediction to be a bit better. The emails about progress were conflicting, which made it hard to plan (I was told the car would be done sooner, turned out they needed a week in addition). Also, I noticed scratches on my passenger side window controls (within the chrome) that weren’t there before, so that was a bit frustrating.
