My back bumper was a totally different color than my car... general manager said it will be fixed really hope so... my car is brand new I've only had it a few months. I've had you guys fix a car for me before and I was highly please but honestly I wanted to cry when I seen my car today.

My car had been backed into and the left front fender had to be replaced. Young's did an excellent job of repairing the vehicle and matching the paint. They also completed the job in 3 days, while keeping me posted on the progress. I recommend them to anyone needing repairs.

I had to first leave my car for not fixing a repair I requested, adter I was told it was fixed.Then had to bring it back for a light to be checked after i had also requested it as well..now waiting on a sensor to be ordered then have to return yet again. Not the service I expected..

Passenger back seat and weather tech mat covered in gray dust like concrete. You kept the car 2 extra days,and said **** of the days was to clean it good. Why was anyone in the passenger side back seat when the repair was the drivers door? The car was not cleaned at all.

Seems around the bumper are not as tight as the factory unit was. Its up against the head light on the driver side and a good gap on the passenger side. It was a cat the car hit, not a bull. Should have been no structual damage. I figure it was some cheap aftermarket or salvage bumper. The overall paint job looks good. However my son drives it. Its his car. He thinks it looks good. I personally would not use Young's on a higher end vehicle.
