From the moment I walked in the door and saw the phrase, "we'll take it from here" I immediately felt comforted. I had never been in an accident before and every step of the way the staff at the Plainfield Ave. location went above and beyond to make me feel like I didn't have to worry. From text updates that sounded like an actual person was sending them to phone call updates from the actual mechanic who helped me as soon as I walked in the door, your customer service is top notch.
