For the most part, I was very satisfied. There is a strange rattle from the repaired area, and the text message updates overestimated the time needed for repair by more than a week. I was initially told it would take 10 days, so we should expect to get the vehicle back on 10/18; the first text said 10/26, so we called Antonio. He gave us regular updates aiming for 10/16, but the texts still said 10/26. In fact, I think the text on the day before the repair was completed still said 10/26. The repair was finished on 10/18. Those were the two things that have me not completely satisfied.
