The service and repair was great and even took care of my door handle that was not due to the accident. The car looks great. The only thing is that I found a scratch on the way lower driver side door below the door. Just a weird spot to have a scratch and no where else on the car. Not really sure but all in all great

The body work was great; no complaints there. I am partially dissatisfied, because the oil change that I had requested be done while my car was there was not done. I not only checked oil change on the drop off envelope, but also made a follow-up phone call later that morning once the body shop was open to confirm that they saw my request. I was told that yes they did and that it had already been done. Needless to say I was surprised that it had not been done. After picking up my car, I went elsewhere to have an oil change (somewhere without a 45 min wait).
