Everything seems to be done but I did notice some grease smudge in the interior and the carpet wasn't completely seated front passenger, also I noticed a couple paint flaws. But over all good job, it took longer then expected.
The crucifix that was hanging from my rear view mirror was STOLEN I am sick to death about this and can't get over someone doing this to me when all I did was bring my car to **** Scott Collision to be repaired. That crucifix was given to me by my mother who is no longer with me its very sad. I would never do business with **** Scott again.

Repair estimate went quick &!the entire repair process was explained in detail. Once the car was checked in, I received prompt & curtious messages (via phone & email) ... GREAT communication throughout! Repair was excellent. Completely satisfied with the entire process.
The overall workmanship on my vehicle was excellent. My only feedback would be the length of time it took to repair my car. I was told that the shop was not that busy yet it took 10 days to do the repair. This might prohibit me from recommending your shop. My sister had the same experience.
The manager did a very good job of reassuring me that car was repaired to manufacturer specifications.

Hi - Car come out nice. Didn't seem like there was great communication to confirm when car would be completed with me and also with and Enterprise. Car was delayed a day. I left work early on the reschedule day to get car and I found out on the way that it wouldn't be ready again.
The process was very simple for me and the personnel were very kind and helpful. I am so happy I decided to stop there. AND they fixed in a shorter time frame and at a lower cost to my insurance company. I will share my experience with friends and family! Well done **** Scott Collision.????
Everything done good job! Appreciated for that. I have observed Power window fronts for the passenger side is not working; I called ****'s office they said, they will call for the appointment and never received anything on this. Can you please fix this issue?

I was frustrated with the length of time it took to repair my vehicle as well as other issues that shouldn't have happened with my hood. The damage and errors were corrected; however I feel it should have been caught before my vehicle was returned to me.
