Complete lack of communication by the shop. The original estimated time for repairs was one week and it took 3 months. The GM wouldn’t return my calls for weeks. Completely unprofessional. Multiple times told me my vehicle was finished then when on pickup my vehicle was either not even at the lot or not finished. They continuously jacked up the amount needed for the vehicle aster the estimate for damages and wouldn’t say anything for weeks what the money was for. Worst auto shop I have ever been to. Would not recommend to anyone.

The communication from Alex and everyone I spoke to was accurate and straightforward. Even though my car ended up being a total loss, I would definitely bring my new car here if it needed work.
