It took longer that expected. Poor communication from staff. Colby had aclled and I called back to receptionist and he never got message, truck sat 3 days waiting for parts. Only ONE headlight assembly was replaced, doesnt match the other one. I called for replacement of the other on 3/**** was told Id be called back the next day if reorder part was available. Still waiting! Will not be using **** Auto again. Have been there several times over the last 20 years, now is too big and not personalized anymore.

The radio is not receiving consistent reception after the extensive hail repairs. It's understandable that something may have not been reassembled correctly but we'll now have to schedule a new visit to have this corrected.
