Unfortunately this is the 2nd time in the last year that I've had my car into the body shop. The first experience was not good at all...as there was an extreme lack of communication on the status of the repair and when the car was ready to be picked up. This time around, Eric made up for it...the communication was timely and good - not too much to be overwhelming, but enough to let me know the status and when to expect the repairs to be completed.
My experience with Sewell Lexus Fort Worth was a positive one . From the time I dropped my car off and picked it up it was constant communication of the progress being done daily . Just having the communication let me know things were moving in the right direction . Crag my service guy did a great job !
Head lights are off ... one is pointed higher than the other otherwise great !

-my car was there 7 days before I received status update.
-My car was not washed. Thought that was standard with any Sewell service.
-Enterprise gives rental cars that are basically on empty when you get them. This means I had to immediately spend money to put gas in the vehicle when I left dealership.
-All in all not a horrible experience, but room for improvement.
-All of Sewell's employees are friendly and a pleasure to work with.

The repair was not perfect, which is what we were expecting from Sewell. I feel certain that Sewell is going to fix it, just a little disappointed that we were given the vehicle back less than perfect. Should have been caught by quality control. Thank you for the opportunity to give feedback.
