Everything he told me was accurate and therefore there were no surprises, except that it turned out better than I anticipated. Joe was the gentlemen who helped me and my dad out. He completely explained step by step and broke down the entire list of repairs and parts. He even explained everything that was serviced and repaired on my car. I had missing screw caps and **** missing center cap and as soon I bought it to his attention he quickly ran to his store room and brought me out some new ones and installed them for me. They also offered to take the enterprise rental and arrange for it to be picked up which was so helptful since I live all the way in Pasadena. Probably THE easiest auto related service I have ever had done. Thanks for everything.

3.5 weeks to repair; much longer than John had estimated. Then John said the car would be ready at 3:30pm because I had to have it back by then due to a rental car situation. My husband waited and didn't drive off till 5pm. Also, I received lots of text which were nice at first. It towards the end they were not accurate and I would call to confirm what the text said and John would give me a different answer. They appeared to do good body work but that was about all I have to say good about "my experience."
