The mirror housing is loose and vibrating. You had to keep the car two extra days because of faulty workmanship, it is disappointing no one checked the final product. Not very pleased with the Carstar experience.

Got my car back after repairs of almost a month. My car starter no longer works my speaker on my side where damage was isn't working and my dome light isn't working when I open my door. Also the door still makes a cracking sound when I open it fully like when I was in the accident before it it didn't make the noise. For being careless for almost a full month, paying a 500 deductible and having the "done" date pushed make over a hand full of times I am not impressed. My car is due to go back to your shop to see if these thugs aren't working due to the accident well they are because prior to the accident everything worked... hopefully this next time it all gets fixed. I was pleased how they cleaned the inside of the car though.
