The team made the whole process very easy, from drop off to having the issues explained, to getting the rental, ongoing communication in progress, then pickup and explanation were all very simple and handle in a friendly and professional manner by the whole team. Even filling out forms for my insurance company was just easy. I truly appreciate the team there and how much less stress I had because of their great work.

Seeing that my inspection was due that month. Someone should have warned me that you were disconnecting my battery in my car. I'll never bring my car back here.

The quality of the repair was very good, however the time it took to complete the work was excessive. In fact, the liability insurance company, Liberty Mutual, has refused to reimburse me for the full cost of my rental, claiming it is not responsible for the volume delay at Carstar. The agent said she contacted Stan and was told the delay was caused, in part, by high volume. They are using his statement as the reason they are not paying for 11 days of my rental. In the end, I am not being reimbursed for $519 in out of pocket rental expense. Very frustrating to be held responsible for Carstar's delay.

Couldn’t be more happy with the service I received from Carstar. Even though the insurance company ended up totaling out my car instead of fixing it, I would have felt comfortable having Carstar repair my vehicle if the insurance company would have went down that route instead. Everyone that works there was always friendly and helpful. Hopefully I won’t need a collision shop again in the future, but if I ever do I know where I would take my vehicle to.

Shards of glass still under the passenger seat (which I was told would be completely cleaned up) water stains on the passenger side seat where the window was broken. Also, the rubber seal on the passenger door is not properly installed.
