Having lived in several states and a car thats seen some business, Ive experienced a number of different repair shops. Unfortunately, ive been conditioned to accept the fact that the experience will always leave me feeling taken advantage of. It type the following review with a joyous smile on my face, Fix Auto gave me the best customer experience I ever thought possible when dealing with an autobody repair shop. So much so that It has restored some of my faith back in humanity. Their updates were personal and unobtrusive, their ability to finish ahead of the projected completion date while exceeding my expectations in quality.
