I was a bit disappointed by the delays. I would have preferred that someone would have taken time to check the ordered item to be certain it was the correct item, instead of taking time to text me and reschedule pickup before knowing if the car would be completed. I told the rental company I planned to then in that car on Friday, March ****, when my insurance will actually be paying for 6 additional days. I'm sure that extra cost will be reflected in my new rates. Or, a loaner from Zara's for that extra week. The work, however is amazing and Cortlyn and I are quite pleased.
