When I took my previous car (Escalade) to Les Standford Cadillac for body work, you could never tell that and bodywork was done...including the paint job. You can clearly tell that the bumper on my Cadillac SRX was painted, there are sharp points in the paint well as parts where the paint doesn't cover! I was **** in meetings all day, come tomorrow, I'm filing a formal complaint with AAA and with this Bodyshop. I am not happy with the work that was performed!

I am so happy with the excellent service I received for this major inconvenience put upon me by a careless woman speeding. Victor was excellent. Suburban Cadillac, Service Dept. and now Collision has been wonderful to me since Day **** when I bought my new Cadillac. I have not had such excellent service since I was 21 and bought my first brand new 1967 Mustang Convertible from Roy OBriens in SCS. My late husband and I never had such great service with all our Lincolns he bought. Suburban is excellent. Thank you on all their behalf.

While it was in service, someone adjusted the seat and broke a sensor wire for the airbag indicator. The dashboard light does not go off now. This was brought to the attention of Joe Gleason at the shop and he indicated he would contact AAA to cover the repair. I have not heard back from him yet. Please let me know if there is anything you can do to help me resolve this with the repair shop.
