Sophia the front desk lady is quite possibly the nicest person I’ve ever met and every single person that I talked to or worked with on my WRX was over the top helpful. The repair on my bumper was quick and looks amazing. I have lots of aftermarket parts and they were able to replace them onto the new rear bumper and they look almost better than when I put them on! The painting on the bumper is near perfect! The paint booth did an excellent job with the task they were given. I have a tri coat and they matched it pretty well. The only thing I would say is that the sparkle they used on my bumper is a little smaller than the rest of my car but I’m the only one able to notice it. Other than that... AMAZING

I was extremely satisfied with the service I received, the whole process seemed effortless with the help from both car star employees as well as Geico employees. The job was done very quickly - which surprised me because when I had work done at another Collision Repair company it took them over 2 weeks - and at Car Star the work was done in 2 days!!! The biggest hassle of a claim is being kept in the dark on the status. Summer was extremely informative. I was kept in the loop and the repairs were completed ahead of time. There is unrelated body damage on our car and we now know where it will be repaired. Thank you!

The employees keep you updated with progression, and the next steps being taken. If you ever have questions or concerns, they are all for answering them the best they can. I'd go to carstar for any future issues I'd have. Our parts are also under warranty which is good.
