I was promised my vehicle at a certain time and day, when I went to pick it up it was NOT ready. I also had to return a number of times, due to the fact that certain details were not completed, this made me very upset. Rest assure I contacted my insurance and notified them of the service I received and asked them to not use your shop with future customers.
