29 days was an excessive length of time for this repair. 26 labor hours taking 29 days, even with going offsite for the clear bra is much longer than expected, anticipated, or should have been reasonably necessary. Considering that the rental car was paid for out of pocket, I would have looked elsewhere if I had known the repair would take 4+ weeks. I was not present for the original visit, but believe the estimate was 10 days at that time, then 2 weeks, maybe 3 if the insurance company was unreasonable, when the car was dropped off. No immediate concerns or issues with the quality of work but would be hesitant to recommend Rife's based on the inconvenience caused by the length of repair.

The repair was simple, but important. Your technicians did the work in about ****/2 the estimated time. That was appreciated. Connner Turk and your receptionist were professional and kept me well informed throughout the process.

When I was on a time crunch everyone in the shop worked with me to assure the body work got done on time. Garrick was awesome with the paperwork and Connor handled my repairs phenomenally. Pam was always so sweet at the front desk. These guys rock and I'm going to suggest this location to anyone needing body work in the future. I can't thank you guys enough.

Garrick, Pam, and Randy were all excellent. Although I wish more communication had occurred regarding the increased work required after the initial tear down, I'm happy that the job was completed earlier than eventually quoted to me. I will recommend your shop to people I know.

The communication was great. They continued to work with my insurance company as promised for a supplemental payment that was originally pending. And, my vehicle was returned to me much cleaner than when I dropped it off, inside and out. Kudos to all!!

Unfortunately my car repairs took almost twice as long as originally estimated. I emailed at one point asking why, and never received a response. I also paid out of pocket for a post-scan to address the indicator lights that were activated. When I finally did get to pick up my car I was told that the emissions light was on but the technician "couldn't figure out" how to deactivate. I have had this light deactivated by other body shops in the past so not sure why your tech could not/would not deactivate. I was also not given any more detail on the warning itself. I asked for more information, but got almost complete silence in return. My husband and I have brought our cars here for years, but we are not likely going to return.
