Crest Ford had our car for over 6 weeks. The last couple of weeks were smooth with a new customer service person at the reins. Before that it was a nightmare.

I have been hospitalized and not able to drive myself yet but my vehicle appears to be repaired to our complete satisfaction..it looks great..if there are any issues I will have to get back with you..the vehicle is parked until I am able to drive for now..thank you
