Took longer than quoted. The deductible was waived but we were without the vehicle for extra days
There were several issues with the quality of the workmanship. There were pry marks on the decal, overspray on both bumpers. Things weren’t affixed properly. All around shoddy workmanship. The job took more than two weeks and I still have to go back for corrections.
On scale of **** to 10, they rate #12!

Casey collision always provide quality work. My only complaint was it took a day and a half to get my car back after the five. Time. The reason was because here were 3 cars ahead of me in the wash. I was told that on Thursday and given 11:00 am on Friday as the new time. Then I receivable call at 11:30 saying there was 3 cars ahead of me again ???? and the new time would be 4:00 pm. This was an inconvenience for my husband and I as we are military. We had to rearrange our schedule 2 times.

The staff who estimated the cost of repair, scheduling the appointment and keeping me updated did an excellent job! The disappointment was with the actual employee who did the work. The scrape that needed to be resolved was located in the bottom and under the front side of car. The repairman only fixed the outside front of bottom and completely skipped fixing under the car. There is still a huge scratch under my car...The specific employee was not thorough, lacked in quality and did Justin”half the job!”
I think it's too much time 9 days to change a girl piece from the back of the defense, but it's work was satisfactory in a matter of finished, Thanks !!!

My car was done in a timely manner everyone was very nice and my car looks beautiful as far as I can tell. But if things change I’ll be happy to let your collision Team know again thank you for everything.
The repairs (of the damage) were good however, there was a black stain (like a tar stain) on the passenger front cushion. I brought the car back, and an attempt was made to remove the stain. In the process, it did not come completely out, and was told that the shampooer was bad, and that a new one would be in next week, and that I needed to come back. But, when we looked at the stain (which appeared to have been smeared and made worse) we (I) noticed that the lip seam of the seat had been torn up and frayed (we took pictures)... It appears to me that the cushion will now have to be repaired and re-cleaned (or replaced?). am waiting on a call early in the week.
I am satisfied for now but will see after a little more time to asses
