Everyone in your office was well trained and kept me up to date daily on the status of my repairs. I was completely satisfied with your service. I however was not happy with the rental car service and response for the following reasons. ****. He was 35 minutes late for our confirmed appointment time for pickup. 2. I asked him to send me a copy of the contract by email. He did not do it. I called the rental agency and asked again, once again never got it. I called a third time and finally got it. I asked for an updated copy as I turned the car in two days early, never got it. Not blaming you, but thought you should be aware. Thanks for your great service. Bob Moss
