Haha! I actually just finished leaving a review on Yelp because I didn't realize this was in my email waiting for me.
The ladies in the office were great to work with, USAA did some kind of wonky things at the outset but the ladies were able to get it resolved.
I appreciated the help setting up the car rental and having that all ready when I dropped the car off.
I really appreciated the option to log on and check out the daily progress of the repairs, and appreciated your emails letting me know when the vehicle would be ready, as well as your phone call.
My car looked great when I picked it up, and the flowers, card and chocolate were a very nice touch.

It was inconvenient for me to leave the car at the shop for 4 days longer than I was originally told. I understand it was a problem with whoever you were ordering the fender from, but maybe there is a better, more reliable place to order parts from? I don’t know if there is or not, but it seems unacceptable for that company to repeatedly send you damaged products, which in turn delays your customers getting their cars back. Other than that, I am satisfied with the way my car looks now, thank you.

The people that worked with me were amazing, and so polite. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the customer service. And I loved the card and flowers left in my car for me when I picked up my vehicle. It was a very nice personal touch that made me feel like a valued customer.
