The repair itself was great. They even buffed out some unrelated scratches. Travis was very friendly and caring; a pleasure to work with. I am very happy to have my car back and in great shape! My two issues were ****) I had to call on Monday to confirm my appointment and was told the part was not in so I went to work only to be called back that the part was in and to come in. That lost me 30 minutes of my time. 2) The two day repair took five days due to a damaged replacement windshield and scheduling difficulties with Safelite. This caused me extra expense - rental car - and extra time I was without my car.
