Overall very happy. The windshield repair wasn’t that great. Still a few chips in it and some of the repair spots you can still see. I don’t know if I have ever had a windshield repaired before. Just had them replaced. So this could be the norm. I was expecting it to look like a new windshield so my expectations could have been off. Other than that, my expectations of the whole experience were completely met and exceeded.

The only problem was the time line for service. Thankfully the car was driveable however, once I turned my car in for repair it was done in a timely manner as promised. The staff was always pleasant and a joy to work with, plus the complimentary cookies was a great touch.
