I’m not 100% sure why everything did not get fixed. I was not informed about completing all of the repairs required. I received my car and noticed mirror was not replaced - no one informed me about this. I had to go back inside to ask. The person knew about this and made the excuse it was different because the height of front bumper and mirror. I’m not sure how this was decided and how someone would even guess on what happened. I was not informed by the insurance company or by Carstar. This could have been the insurance side giving instructions not to fix. Next time, please inform the customer of any repair changes so if could get resolve sooner. Thanks Mike. (You did inform me about ordering extra clips for the bumper).

The speaker was not repaired as I reported. The tech thought it wasn’t bad but when I picked up car it clearly was so now I have to wait for their insurance company to be called to get this repair ok’d and bring the car back again. An unnecessary hassle when I mentioned this upfront as being an needed repair. Otherwise the car looks good.
